Hahaha he wasn’t sure he could but it’s why I have 6 of the bruises because he harvested from multiple sites. I did try to eat lots before surgery but it always made me unwell 😂

Darling, I’m so happy you did this for yourself. My sister left hers in to long and it caused cancer. If this helps you feel better Physically as well as emotionally then you did the right thing. There is no right or wrong decision. I admire your ability to be honest about what you are going through. Don’t take on anyone’s judgement. It’s not YOUR path. I’m glad you’re pampering yourself.

If anyone in the UK wants a fruit tree, Lidl have citrus ones (lemon, a few others) in small and large from Thursday 24th March for a week. :) Morrisons also has a few fruit trees (Braeburn apples, pears, one other type of apple) in pots! So we can plant with Lydia at the same time. (Me included if I can get out of my bad living situation!)

I had a breast reduction procedure done more than a year ago and I can tell you it had been the best decision of my life. The confidence and feel good sentiment I get every single day since is priceless. And although it doesn’t feel possible, every day you will feel better about it as your body adapts and heals.

Years ago when you posted your non surgical nose jobs, and an influencer who had a similiar nose to mine had surgery on hers. You'd convinced me I didn't want to take away my uniqueness. Her getting hers done confirmed to me that I just want my nose being made symmetrical as one side is higher. Empowering myself but not taking away my features. I am really happy for you and just wowed by the surgeons work on his website.
I understand exactly how your surgery has made you feel. I had 3 children and had an enormous apron of skin from the pregnancies for 26 years which affected me in a very negative way psychologically. This caused self loathing and i ate for comfort. I gained a lot of weight and developed type 2 diabetes. Things had to change! I took back control and lost 3 stone in weight... i reversed the diabetes in as much as I now control it purely with diet... no more drugs... AND i treated myself to surgery and had my excess belly skin removed as well as lipo to contour around my waist and hips. I cannot tell you how amazing I feel. i lost over half a stone of belly skin and have gone from needing a size 22 on my bottom half.. to a size 14. My surgeon was a wonderful chap called David Oliver and my surgery was done at Mount Stuart Hospital in Torquay, Devon xxxxxx

It can take up to 3-6 months to feel like your old self again. It can take awhile for the anesthetics to be flushed from your body. You are doing remarkably well, but your body will tell you what to do. If you need a nap in the afternoon jump at the chance, your body will thank you for it. Take care, so nice to see you back.
Lydia you look incredible and so much more natural. I had a breast reduction about 30 years ago and never regretted it .....fitting into clothes better and giving having a boost of confidence. My drains and bruising were all on my upper abdomen not my hips but remember being a bit restricted at the beginning but that passes and you feel back to normal. Glad you are on the mend xx

You have no idea how happy was to see your vlog. In all honesty, please take the time to rest. I for one learned the hard way. Overdid way to much. Not this type of surgery, but still in the chest cavity. So make sure you nap, rest, drink fluids and know it's OK to say no. You look wonderful 😍. Wishing you a healthy recovery. Walking and stuff I would say for at least 2 weeks to be gentle on yourself. You went to get fixed, now allow it to heal. Take care and time!!!

Here in the U.S. there are some fantastic doctors. My doctor was expensive but he is one of the best in doing implants and my implants are the best on the market. It can take up to 3-6 months to feel like your old self again. It can take awhile for the anesthetics to be flushed from your body. You are doing remarkably well, but your body will tell you what to do. If you need a nap in the afternoon jump at the chance, your body will thank you for it. Take care, so nice to see you back.

Lydia you look incredible and so much more natural. I had a breast reduction about 30 years ago and never regretted it .....fitting into clothes better and giving having a boost of confidence. My drains and bruising were all on my upper abdomen not my hips but remember being a bit restricted at the beginning but that passes and you feel back to normal. Glad you are on the mend xx

You have no idea how happy was to see your vlog. In all honesty, please take the time to rest. I for one learned the hard way. Overdid way to much. Not this type of surgery, but still in the chest cavity. So make sure you nap, rest, drink fluids and know it's OK to say no. You look wonderful 😍. Wishing you a healthy recovery. Walking and stuff I would say for at least 2 weeks to be gentle on yourself. You went to get fixed, now allow it to heal. Take care and time!!!

I can tell you that even if you see your scars fade on the outside the healing from all those hours of surgical maneuvering will continue to heal for 3-6 months. Scale down your outings and just rest. As we have sad before, we will be here waiting for you. May you continue to recover 🤗❤️

So lovely to see you back so soon lovely lady, we missed you but you must must must listen to your body and rest, this is how the body heals itself, if you push on too soon you will delay healing. Please listen to your body. Lots of water to flush out the anaesthetic.
